How long can the converted files be saved? Local cache and collection window
Please download within 1 hour after the results are completed. After the file is saved to the current browser, it should still be exported to the device for backup; recent local tasks are not cross-device cloud disks, and files may be lost if the browser data is cleared.
Determine the problem and applicable conditions first
After the browser has fully received it, the temporary server copy will be cleared according to the platform mechanism. You can query tasks by logging in with your account, which does not mean that the original images and results will be permanently saved on the server. Files cached by the original browser may still be open, but may not be available in other browsers.
Process and check in order
- Claim and download the SVG as soon as the results are complete.
- The modified version is exported separately and saved together with the original image in its own directory.
- Before clearing cache, changing devices, or reinstalling browsers, check backups of all important tasks.
Check the finished result
If it prompts that the file is expired, first check the download directory of the original device and the original browser task. When there is no backup and the temporary files have been cleaned, recovery cannot be promised; you should confirm whether you really need to re-convert before re-uploading.
