This policy applies to the vectorizerai.cn website operated by Sweet Tomato E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd., and the vectorizerai Chrome extension used in conjunction with this site's account and conversion service. It explains what information we process, the purposes of the processing, how it is stored and the rights you can exercise.

Account, verification and security information

When registering, logging in, binding contact information and retrieving your account, we process the email or mobile phone number, password verification information, verification code verification record and login session you submitted to provide account services and ensure account security. Passwords are verified in hash form, and plain text passwords are not used as customer service verification materials.

When selecting SMS verification, we submit the mobile phone number and verification code template parameters to Tencent Cloud SMS Service for sending the verification SMS you requested. The verification code is valid for 5 minutes. The server saves the verification code summary. The verification code that has been used cannot be reused. The verification record will enter scheduled cleaning one day after it expires. When selecting email verification, the email address and email content will be sent through the email service configured on this site.

We process request IP, request time, necessary operations and exception records for access control, current limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Failure to verify or send will be reported on the page, and identity verification will not be completed with a verification code that has not been actually sent.

Member, order and customer service information

We process member validity period, exchange, order, payment status and necessary transaction-related information for activating rights, querying orders, handling after-sales and fulfilling corresponding obligations. Payment services are only provided when the corresponding functions are actually available, and payment institutions will separately apply their own rules to the information they receive.

When you contact customer service, we process the contact information, problem description, task or order number and attachments you provide for verification and reply. Upload pictures, tasks and conversion results

We process the images, file names, formats, sizes, task numbers, status and output files you actively submit for verification, queuing, conversion, preview and download. The image will pass through the site's API, object storage and conversion nodes, and be sent to the third-party conversion service.

Graphic modification, color adjustment and file export in SVG editing are performed in the browser; operations that require server processing, such as intelligent background removal, will call the corresponding service. Please do not upload materials that you have no rights to process, trade secrets, or pictures containing sensitive information such as identity documents, medical information, and unauthorized faces.

Third-party conversion and processing area

This site uses Vectorizer.AI for image conversion, a service operated by Cedar Lake Ventures, Inc., whose public contact address is in the United States. The content delivered includes the image submitted for conversion and the file attributes required to complete the processing. Your website login password or verification code will not be sent for this purpose. The conversion process may involve processing outside China, and it cannot be understood that all data is completed within China.

Third parties may keep records of input, results, and processing in accordance with their policies and use related information for customer support or algorithm improvement. The 1-hour pickup window for temporary files on this site does not limit the retention period of third parties. You can learn about the processing rules, storage periods and channels for requesting rights in its privacy policy.

Additional notifications, separate consents or other legal conditions involving the processing of personal information shall be fulfilled in accordance with applicable requirements; this policy and ordinary browsing behavior do not replace the separate consent required by law.

Cookies, browser cache and extension storage

This site uses necessary session cookies to maintain login and authentication requests. After clearing cookies or logging out of your account, some operations require you to log in again.

The website saves the original images and results of the last 20 tasks according to the account in the current browser, and then confirms the collection with the server after saving them completely. The extension saves the inspiration collection and task cache separately; the gallery collection is retained until you actively remove, clear or delete the browser data, and some ongoing records are retained to prevent repeated submissions.

Local files do not equal long-term cloud backup. After clearing browser data, uninstalling extensions, changing browsers or devices, files that have been cleaned from the server may not be recovered. You can delete local data or revoke the image domain name permissions of the extension.

Access and Operation Statistics

This site uses first-party visitor cookies to count page views, source domain name, device category and recent active time; an active heartbeat is sent every 30 seconds when the page is visible. Successful operations such as access and registration, logging in, submitting conversions, creating orders, redeeming and downloading after logging in will be associated with the account for operational statistics and troubleshooting, and can only be viewed by authorized administrators.

Access to buried points does not save page query parameters, order page numbers, complete source addresses, passwords, verification codes or picture content, and does not add complete device identification or IP details to statistics. Visitor cookies are valid for 90 days, and access and activity records are retained for the last 90 days and cleaned regularly; anonymous visits will not be retroactively bound to subsequent login accounts. Deleting cookies resets the visitor ID.

Retention period and deletion

The uploaded file and conversion result are temporary transfer files: they are retained for 1 hour by default after uploading, and a 1-hour collection window is provided again after the conversion is successful. After the website saves the results completely and confirms the claim, the temporary server copy enters the cleanup process; expired files and failed task files that have not been claimed are also processed by the scheduled cleanup process. If the cleanup fails, it will be retried, so there is no guarantee that all replicas will be deleted at the same time.

Account, order, exchange, security and customer service records and temporary image files are managed separately, and the 1-hour collection period for images does not apply. We manage these records as necessary to provide services, fulfill transaction and security obligations; deletion requests will be verified based on account status, outstanding orders, dispute handling and legal retention requirements. Information that is required to be retained by law will not disappear when you delete images or clear browser data.

Information that no longer needs to be processed and there is no legal reason for retention shall be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the law; information that needs to be continued to be stored in accordance with the law or cannot be deleted temporarily shall be limited to necessary storage and security protection. The third party handles the retention and deletion of records, please also refer to their policies.

Access, correction, deletion and account cancellation

Email 41247350@qq.com to request access, copies, correction or deletion of personal information, account closure, withdrawal of consent or other applicable actions. Use “Personal information request” as the subject and include your account identifier, request and contact details. We verify identity only as necessary and will not ask for your password.

Currently, account cancellation is handled manually by customer service. When verifying the request, we will explain the processing results; if it cannot be deleted entirely due to legal obligations, transaction disputes or other applicable reasons, we will explain the reasons and the scope of processing. Withdrawing consent will not affect the processing that has been carried out in accordance with the law before the withdrawal; stopping the provision of necessary information may affect the corresponding functions, but it will not affect unrelated functions.

If you have any objection to the processing result, you can further communicate through customer service, or file a complaint with the competent authority in accordance with the law and seek other relief.

Safety, Minors and Policy Updates

We take measures such as password hashing, session verification, server-side permission verification, task ownership verification, and temporary file cleaning to protect information. There are risks in the network and equipment environment. Please keep your account number, verification code and downloaded files properly; when relevant security incidents occur, take remedial and necessary notification measures in accordance with the law.

This website is intended for users with corresponding civil capacity. Minors should have their guardians understand this policy and third-party service restrictions, and should not submit materials containing minors' personal information on their own; children under the age of 14 should not register or upload personal information on their own. When guardians find that relevant information has been submitted improperly, they can contact us to request verification.

When the processing purposes, information categories, third-party recipients or other important rules change, we will update this policy and date, and notify and obtain necessary consents in accordance with applicable requirements.
