Service subject and scope of application

These terms apply to the vectorizerai.cn image conversion, account, membership, result preview and editing services provided by Sweet Tomato E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the Vectra Chrome extension that uses the service. The price, billing and usage limits of independent APIs are subject to the corresponding service descriptions, documents and order agreements.

Read these terms and the privacy policy before registering, redeeming, purchasing or submitting a conversion. Browsing alone does not constitute agreement to additional obligations that have not been disclosed. Contact 41247350@qq.com with questions about the terms or service.

Account security and usage rules

Please provide the contact information of the account you have permission to use, and keep the password and verification code properly. You are not allowed to impersonate other people's identities, steal accounts, bypass server-side permission verification, maliciously seize queues, or interfere with the normal operation of the system.

If you find an abnormality in your account, please change your password promptly, stop leaking verification codes, and contact customer service. We may take necessary measures such as limiting traffic and suspending relevant functions for operations suspected of abusing or endangering service security, and handle the situation based on verifiable circumstances; our legal rights to appeal and relief will not be affected.

Membership, redemption and payment

Website conversion requires a valid membership. Membership duration is calculated from the successful redemption; when an existing valid member is renewed, it will be accumulated according to the redemption record and page rules. The package content, price, validity period and benefits are subject to the instructions clearly displayed at the time of purchase or redemption, and there is no automatic commitment to new features in the future.

Whether payment, SMS and email functions are available shall be subject to the actual status of the page and server at that time. Successful payment, membership activation, redemption success, and API balance entry are verified with corresponding records. If payment is not completed or activation is not successful, please check the original order and contact customer service first, and do not make repeated payments continuously. Website membership and API balance are not interchangeable.

Upload content and intellectual property

You should have the right to upload and request processing of the submitted materials. You are not allowed to upload illegal content, pictures that infringe privacy or business secrets, or content protected by copyrights, trademarks, fonts and other rights that you have no right to process.

Using this site does not mean that you transfer the legal rights in the images or results to Sweet Tomato, nor does it mean that the converted results automatically obtain the commercial use license of the original images, fonts, trademarks or other third-party materials. The rights to website cases and demonstration materials belong to the corresponding rights holders.

Rights holders can submit relevant pages or tasks, proof of rights and specific requests through the customer service email. We will verify the situation and take necessary measures in accordance with the law.

Conversion capabilities, queues and outputs

The website supports PNG, JPG, and WebP input within 10 MB. When uploading and processing, the image is scaled proportionally according to the direction of the image, using a 3 Mi pixel budget and a limit of 4096 pixels on the longest side. Small images are not enlarged; the actual output size is subject to the task record. The same account can retain at most 1 unfinished conversion task. The conversion start time is affected by the queue, node capacity and request interval.

The conversion result depends on the quality of the original image, and there is no guarantee that the original design file will be restored without loss, the text will be accurately recognized, or that the specific production process will be met. Outputs such as SVG, PDF, and DXF are subject to the capabilities actually provided by the corresponding tasks and download portals; old tasks or abnormal results may not provide DXF.

DXF is a contour export and does not automatically generate center lines or machining tool paths. Please use target software to check size, closure, repeating lines, color and format compatibility before producing, printing, engraving or cutting.

Result collection, editing and backup

Please collect and back up the files within 1 hour after successful conversion. The website saves the files of the last 20 tasks in the current browser where the results are received, saves them completely and cleans the temporary server copy after confirming the collection; please refer to the privacy statement of the extension's local cache and retention method.

Modifications in the editor need to be actively exported, and the original task file will not automatically become the edited version. Browser cache does not provide long-term backup across devices; cleaned server files may not be recoverable after clearing cache, uninstalling extensions, or changing devices. Please download important results to a location you manage.

Service exceptions, maintenance and responsibilities

Network, equipment, third-party conversion services, or system maintenance may cause queuing, failure, or temporary unavailability. When the status is unclear, you should check the original task or order first, and do not blindly submit it again. We investigate service issues based on verifiable records and are responsible for our responsibilities under the law.

The description of result applicability and service limitations is used to help you determine how to use it. It does not exclude or limit the rights enjoyed by consumers in accordance with the law, nor does it exclude liability that cannot be exempted due to intentionality, gross negligence or legal provisions. Important service adjustments will be notified through the corresponding page or other appropriate means.

After-sale and refund

If charged twice, not activated after payment, or unable to use your benefits, contact 41247350@qq.com with the order ID, account identifier and a description. We will check payment, activation and usage records, then address activation, duplicate transactions or refunds as appropriate.

Transactions that do not arrive in the account, are paid repeatedly, or do not actually provide corresponding services should be verified and processed; rights and interests that have been opened or partially used will be dealt with based on the clear agreement at the time of purchase, actual performance, abnormal reasons and applicable laws. Legal rights will not be excluded by "no refund once purchased". The specific processing results and reasons will be informed through order records or customer service channels.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, complete redemption codes or payment account sensitive information as ordinary customer service attachments. Post-sales verification is not conditional on another transfer to the personal account.

Terms Update and Dispute Resolution

This clause shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; any mandatory protection rules that should be applied in accordance with the law shall not be affected. When a dispute occurs, both parties can first communicate through customer service. If the negotiation fails, they can apply for mediation, make a complaint, or file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction according to law.

We will update the terms and dates as services change. For changes involving important rights and interests of users, we will notify you through appropriate means and perform the necessary notification and confirmation procedures in accordance with the law; updates will not automatically deprive you of the rights you enjoy under the existing order.
