How to retrieve the conversion task after refreshing or closing the web page?

Written and maintained by:Sweet Tomato E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd. Updated

Reopen the studio and log in to the original account to view the task list. The tasks in the server will not automatically stop when the web page is closed, and the files saved by this browser can only be restored when the original browser data is still retained.

Determine the problem and applicable conditions first

The task status in the account and the file cache in the device are two different things. After changing browsers, incognito windows, or cleaning site data, you may still see task records, but you cannot retrieve the cleaned server results. Important files should be downloaded proactively.

Process and check in order

  1. Use the original website address and original browser to enter the studio.
  2. Confirm that you are logged in with the account you used when submitting the task, and then select the corresponding file name.
  3. If the results are still available, download them immediately; if there is a local cache, export the backup first.

Check the finished result

Don’t treat the recent task list as a long-term network disk. This site retains the latest 20 tasks of this browser, and old records will be eliminated if exceeded; before changing devices, back up the required SVG, edited files and original images together.

SVG format basis and reference materials

SVG can contain both vector shapes, images, and text. Therefore, a file name ending in .svg does not alone prove that the original image has been converted to an editable path.W3C SVG 2 Specification: SVG Graphics Objectdescribes these object types.

The above information is used to describe the file format. The upload restrictions, membership requirements, results saving and editing capabilities of this site are subject to the page description and actual functions.
