Why can’t I upload multiple photos at the same time? How to lift single task restrictions
The same account only allows one conversion task in progress at a time. The official website and the extension share this restriction. The next conversion can only be initiated after the existing task succeeds, fails, or is confirmed to be cancelled.
Determine the problem and applicable conditions first
When the upload button is unavailable, check the task list and extension tasks first. Don’t just check whether there are pictures on the current page. Queuing, assigning, executing, and pending membership status may occupy the current task quota, and reopening the web page will not lift server restrictions.
Process and check in order
- Use the same account to check recently submitted tasks in the official website and extension.
- Continue waiting, or cancel tasks that are no longer needed and wait for confirmation.
- If it prompts that there are insufficient members, restore the valid membership first, and then press the page operation to restore or cancel.
Check the finished result
Unlimited member conversions refer to the total number of arrangements within the validity period, which does not mean unlimited concurrency. If the page display is inconsistent with the task status, refresh the account and task information and provide feedback. There is no need to open multiple windows and upload again.
