What should I do if tasks keep being queued? Understanding Queues and Waiting States

Written and maintained by:Sweet Tomato E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd. Updated

Queuing means that the task has been accepted but has not yet started execution. Check the status of existing tasks first, and do not upload again. The server queue will still be retained after closing the page, and you can continue querying by reentering the studio.

Determine the problem and applicable conditions first

This site is scheduled fairly by user and is limited by the conversion node capacity and request interval. Queue time is not a fixed commitment. Seeing the waiting status does not mean that the image has failed, nor is it appropriate to take up more space through multiple accounts or repeated submissions.

Process and check in order

  1. Check the task list on the left and select the task that is being queued.
  2. Keep the network available and wait for the status to be refreshed; use the original account to check again after leaving.
  3. Click Cancel Queuing when you no longer need it, and wait for cancellation confirmation before uploading other images.

Check the finished result

The animation in queues and transitions only indicates that the task is still being processed, not the completion percentage. If the status remains unchanged for a long time, provide the task information and occurrence time to customer service, and check the existing tasks first instead of blindly reinitiating the conversion.

SVG format basis and reference materials

SVG can contain both vector shapes, images, and text. Therefore, a file name ending in .svg does not alone prove that the original image has been converted to an editable path.W3C SVG 2 Specification: SVG Graphics Objectdescribes these object types.

The above information is used to describe the file format. The upload restrictions, membership requirements, results saving and editing capabilities of this site are subject to the page description and actual functions.
