What should I do if the conversion takes a long time? Select next step by task status
First distinguish between queuing, allocation and execution. Images with complex textures and many paths may be slower. The temporary lack of results on the page does not mean failure; you should continue querying or use the Cancel button to wait for confirmation.
Determine the problem and applicable conditions first
Photos, dense text, and lots of fragments are more difficult to work with than simple blocks of color. The conversion progress prompt cannot infer the fixed remaining time; the network disconnection may simply lose the connection between the web page and the server, and the upstream conversion is still in progress.
Process and check in order
- Record the task name and current status to confirm that the browser is not disconnected.
- Save other exported works before refreshing, and then view the same task again.
- Cancel the current task when the material needs to be changed, and then upload the simplified picture after confirming the completion.
Check the finished result
After the cancellation request is sent, the button will display a confirmation status. Do not retry the task repeatedly when the result of the task is unclear to avoid duplication of tasks. If you need support, please attach the status and time. Do not regard the waiting time as evidence of completion or deduction.
SVG format basis and reference materials
SVG can contain both vector shapes, images, and text. Therefore, a file name ending in .svg does not alone prove that the original image has been converted to an editable path.W3C SVG 2 Specification: SVG Graphics Objectdescribes these object types.
The above information is used to describe the file format. The upload restrictions, membership requirements, results saving and editing capabilities of this site are subject to the page description and actual functions.
