How to provide effective feedback when encountering problems during conversion?

Written and maintained by:Sweet Tomato E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd. Updated

Explain what you want to accomplish and what you actually saw, and then provide the task name or task ID, time of occurrence and error message. Clear reproduction steps make it easier to locate the problem than just saying that the conversion was unsuccessful.

Determine the problem and applicable conditions first

The problem may be with the material, browser, queue, membership, or target software. When giving feedback, differentiate between upload failure, execution failure, download failure to open, and failure to save after editing to avoid confusing different links into one fault. Be careful to cover personal and customer information when taking screenshots.

Process and check in order

  1. Record the page address, browser version and operation sequence.
  2. Indicate the image format, file size and current task status.
  3. Feedback through the contact us entrance, and provide desensitized screenshots if necessary; ask first if you need the original image.

Check the finished result

Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete redemption codes, payment keys or unauthorized customer pictures directly to customer service. Keep existing task status while waiting for verification to avoid continuously submitting new tasks for the same unknown status.

SVG format basis and reference materials

SVG can contain both vector shapes, images, and text. Therefore, a file name ending in .svg does not alone prove that the original image has been converted to an editable path.W3C SVG 2 Specification: SVG Graphics Objectdescribes these object types.

The above information is used to describe the file format. The upload restrictions, membership requirements, results saving and editing capabilities of this site are subject to the page description and actual functions.
